Обожаю стрип-пластику и сама ей занимаюсь не первый год. Видно, что у девушки хорошая подготовка, но явно неверно было выбрано направление самой постановки. Это больше смахивало на что-то врое приват-танца. В танце было несколько действительно непростых элементов, которые человек с улицы сделать не сможет. Видно растяжку. С такими возможностями тела можно было поставить суперский танец и смещать несколько стилей, что позволяет сделать номер со стрип-пластикой менее откровенным и более смотрибельным для разных возрастов.
И костюм - это печаль. Из-за огромного количества бездарностей, которые надев спортивные шорты-трусы, уже считают себя супер-танцовщицами, такого рода костюмы изначально отталкивают.

Всем привет! Я не влюблена в работодателя. Это история, придуманная для шоу. И неправильно нарезанное моё интервью. А Strip choreo - это очень популярный стиль в России и набирает обороты на Западе. Сложный технически, очень разнообразный и сильнейший во всех смыслах. С нашей командой по Strip choreo "AGNY" мы берём только первые места в России и Зарубежном в номинациях "All Styles". Очень жаль, что большинство так ограниченно воспринимают. Видео получилось неудачное. С кучей дезинформации, неправильно наложенной музыкой и странными комментариями, положительные комментарии судей вырезали. Жаль, что я приняла участие в этом шоу. Спасибо за внимание.

we are often too busy checking what we don't have, and so often we forget what we do have, its been burned into many peoples minds that we should compare ourselves to our peers, second wont cut it, the fight to be first, one thing we often fail to measure is how much displeasure and angst we create when we compare our status to others, angst on a scale of 0 calm, 3, losing sleep, 6 going bald early, 9 ulcers unable to maintain relationships, 10 completely neurotic, manic and plumb crazy, too much attention is placed upon an unreachable body shape, the pressure on woman is really very great there, everyone needs to be anorexic yet tanned, healthy and happy its not going to happen one or the other usually.
great video people need to take time to reflect upon priorities and self development or improvement, live with style inside and outside.

The main cause why in statistics it is shown that we are one of the unhappiest countries is because our income is much more below minimum amount for surviving. And a lot of people have to make an enourmous effort to gain from every source possible an income so they can pay for the bills and for some food. Otherwise, thanks a lot.! P.S. We are not the unhappiest in Europe, just the poorest. There is Romania, which is more unhappy, or Ukraine ;) In fact, Ukraine is the only European country near the bottom of the happiness list, ranking 132nd.

A Yazidi girl who escaped from the Islamic State (Isis) has told of how she was raped every day for six months by her captor.
Ekhlas, who was 14 when she imprisoned, tried to escape jihadis in northern Iraq by climbing Mount Sinjar but was caught and held as a sex slave.
In 2014, Isis began to target the Yazidis, an ethnic Kurdish group, which Isis believes are “devil worshippers”.
At the time it was reported that as many as 40,000 people had taken refuge on the mountain, as Isis fighters killed men and captured women and children in the region.
“Everyday for six months he raped me. I tried to kill myself,” Ekhlas told the BBC. “He picked me out of 150 girls by drawing lots.
“He was so ugly, like a beast, with his long hair. He smelt so bad. I was so frightened I couldn’t look at him,” she said.
Ekhlas told of how managed to escape while her captor was out fighting.
From there she was taken to a refugee camp, but now lives in a psychiatric hospital in Germany, where she is receiving therapy and education. She said that she hopes to train as a lawyer.
In the clip, Ekhlas says she can no longer cry about the abuse she suffered, as “she ran out of tears”.

In August 2014, Isis carried out the Sinjar massacre in the region, in which almost 5,000 people were killed and 50,000 were displaced.
Horrific stories of brutality, part of a genocide against the group, have since emerged.
Vian Dakhil, a prominent Yazidi politician in Iraq, who has shone a light on the atrocities, recently spoke of the torture, child rape and cannibalism suffered by members of the religious minority.
The stories as comes after it was revealed that a 16-year-old German girl who ran away from home to join Islamic State (Isis) has said she wants to come home.
Linda Wenzel, who disappeared from Pulsnitz near Dresden on July 1 last year, was detained in Iraq, along with other female supporters of the group, after the Battle of Mosul, which saw Isis fighters forced out of the ancient city.
She was found along with 20 female Isis supporters from Russia, Turkey, Canada, Libya and Syria, who are believed to have barricaded themselves with guns and explosives in a tunnel underneath the ruins of Mosul’s old city.
Speaking to German media, she said: “I just want to get away from here. I want to get away from the war, from the many weapons, from the noise. I just want to go home to my family.”

A local Iraqi media outlet released a video on July 13 showing a Yazidi girl who had been held captive by Islamic State reunited with her family.According to a woman speaking in the video, the girl came to her house in Zanjili in Old Mosul last month, apparently having escaped from her captors during the advance by Iraqi forces into Old Mosul.According to Iraqi officials, troops entering Old Mosul were alerted to the girl’s presence in the local woman’s house. An officer speaking in the video says they were able to find her and reunite her with her family, who are said to be from Sinjar.The father of the girl describes the day he was reunited with his daughter as the most beautiful day of his life. There are a whole host of reasons why having a tonne of sex is good for you. But did you realise that regularly getting your raunch-on could actually give your brain a boost?
Researchers from Coventry and Oxford University in the UK have found a link between frequent sexual activity and improved brain function in older adults.
The study, published in in The Journals of Gerontology, Series B: Psychological and Social Sciences, involved quizzing 73 people aged 50-83 on how often, on average, they’d had sex over the past 12 months. Participants also answered questions about their general health and lifestyle.
The 28 men and 45 women also took part in a standardised test, which is typically used to measure different patterns of brain function in older adults, focussing on attention, memory, fluency, language and visuospatial ability.
Scientists found that people who had sex at least weekly scored higher on tests of cognitive function – and, more specifically, on tests that measured verbal fluency and visuospatial ability – than those who had sex less frequently.
So, for example, they were able to name more animals and more words that started with the letter “F,” in 60 seconds, and were better able to copy a complex drawing from memory.
Interestingly, there was no real difference when it came to the participants’ performance in memory, language and attentiveness tests.

Although the study authors could not say for sure why the link between sexual activity and brainpower exists, there is speculation that it might have something to do with the release of hormones such as dopamine or oxytocin, which are responsible for transmitting signals in the brain.
Speaking about the findings lead researcher Dr Hayley Wright, from said: “We can only speculate whether this is driven by social or physical elements – but an area we would like to research further is the biological mechanisms that may influence this.”
“Every time we do another piece of research we are getting a little bit closer to understanding why this association exists at all, what the underlying mechanisms are, and whether there is a ‘cause and effect’ relationship between sexual activity and cognitive function in older people,” she continued.
“People don’t like to think that older people have sex – but we need to challenge this conception at a societal level and look at what impact sexual activity can have on those aged 50 and over, beyond the known effects on sexual health and general wellbeing.”
Because the study was conducted on older adults it’s not exactly clear how having sex affects your brain now. Nevertheless it certainly can’t hurt to stay between-the-sheets-active now in the hope that your brain may well thank you for it later. *winky face emoji*

If Alexander III had not died so prematurely the Romanovs might still be ruling Russia today. Had the father lived for another quarter-century at best then he might have steered Russia in a better direction during WWI...perhaps even prevented the Civil War from happening. That way, when he died, his son would have been fully trained for his role as Tsar. Nicholas II would have properly understood the workings of government and Empire and so would have continued the legacy his father had left to him during peacetime...

I really feel that criticizing the Czarina overly much when she felt ill as a middle aged mother of 5 is unfair. She was very hands on when they were young, but worry and stress wore her down plus she did have royal duties, albeit perhaps not as much as she could have. The notes from the girls show that they missed her when she was ill because they were accustomed to having her around. Give the woman a break. Homesickness and fear can kill a person. I think she was very strong minded and at least her girls were well behaved and loving, unlike the brats of today.

Alexandra was portrayed negatively in this doc, although it's good.
She had her daughters in quick succession, leading to physical restraint as each birth was harder than the previous. The birth of four daughters put more restraint on her since she had no heir. Then came Alexei, who had haemophilia, and added mental stress as she worried 24/7 over his health. It is stated that her hair began to turn grey after Alexei, and her youth deteriorated. She was only in her thirties at this time. Russia disliked her, Rasputin was fuel to the fire. Nothing could be explained about him: Alexei's haemophilia was a secret, so conspiracies rose and Rasputin's acts out of the palace were controversial enough.

Whenever they do documentaries like this, I tend to distrust the historians they interview because they sound like they were actually there or that they really personally know these figures which they don't. They even get emotional about their inputs and it makes them less credible because their inputs are obviously no longer objective. Maybe not factual anymore, even.

if you've ever met an historian, you'd know they spend literal days/ years on end researching their chosen topics. the way they speak about their subjects in this way 1) out of respect and 2) a result of countless hours, days, months, even years spent pouring over diaries, letters, photographs, etc. of these people. so, naturally, they're going to get a little attached. that attachment is reflected in the way they speak about their subjects. people do the same thing with modern celebrities that they know absolutely nothing about. so, for an historian who's spent literal years researching the same subject shouldn't really be odd, to be honest.
the job of the historian is to convey their best, most accurate interpretation based on empirical study and observations. there is no way to be 100% accurate about history because it happened in the past and most of those involved are dead. the best an historian can do is recount their findings in the most logical way possible based on facts. not everyone's mind works the same so there will be different interpretations.

Commendable family life. Love the fact that they lived so humbly considering their vast wealth. But damn, having a happy family life should not have been even close to the Tsar's most important concerns. He had absolute power over an immense and fast-changing empire where he and he alone was the "buck stops here" guy. The last thing one does in that situation is to build an isolated, cozy, middle-class existence. Nicholas II needed to be out there, along with his wife, measuring the pulse of what was going on, building a power base, spearheading badly-needed reform after reform, working himself ragged, like the best CEOs, Presidents and, yes, Emperors. Catherine the Great and Peter the Great both had been crazy workaholics. He sounded like he didn't do much work considering all that had to be accomplished to keep Russia together. This would explain why the whole damn thing fell apart during his watch, directly leading to the deaths of his beloved family and the deaths of millions, and the ascent to power of the bloodthirsty Bolsheviks.

wow, believe it or not it's amazing how this ties into Islam. In Islam when something is forbidden. it is because there is something bad about it whether we know it or not. I used to wonder why most music is forbidden in Islam, this provides a reason. Very great video.

That's rubbish. The CIRCUMSTANCES in our lives is what makes us more cautious, anxious, alerted and careful. That's a normal reaction of a normal logical mind.
If you cross the street without taking a look to the left and right - you get killed by a car. If a car hits the breaks before you because you didn't see it - yes - you get shocked and anxious. It's not because you were thinking of it but because you DIDN'T think of it!
The more situations in your life you have, where you were denied simple things like love, acceptance, care, approval, admiration and affection (which are the things that build up a foundation of a healthy mind with strong values) the more stressed, frustrated and detached we become to the point where these simple good things cease to be of benefit to us any more because they came too late and they can no longer outweigh the massive amount of sadness, frustration, disappointment, loss and misery that has accumulated in us.
That's why people commit suicide, or lose their minds, or turn into criminals and hurt others.
So stop blaming it on their devastated minds that struggled for years to get a little love and appreciation and fell ill because they never received any. It's us - the rest of us who denied those people love, appreciation and understanding when they needed it!!!
So stop making excuses that someone is depressed because they think negatively - but go and make that someone feel better NOW before it's too late!!! Because if you go tomorrow - this person might have crossed the limit of suffering that they could bear - and if they did - there is no coming back from there!

+Elle Woods we control 3% of our thoughts, In stressfull situations our conscious mind triggers the fight or flight mode in men and tend and befriend in women so you react back to the situation, under stress your thought process travels 10x faster accros the brain hemisphere to the emotional cord to release stress hormones, so you probably forget that your thought still caused the stress not the situation, however we have so little control over our thoughts that situations kind of control us, try walking in a dark alley at night on your own with creepy atmosphere and noices and then suddenly a cat runs out, then walk on a sunny path with people around then a cat runs out, unless you're scared of cats in general you get scared of the cat that ran out in the dark alley scenario, but there's equal amount of danger? Subconsciously we build up a negative scenario in our heads because of the "negative" atmosphere, then our bodies are alert with out us realising, when our senses interpret positive atmosphere our subconscious mind does the opposite and build up a positive scenario without us realising, so when you are shocked in a negative situation you get more scared, if we act on our subconscious reaction is down to us but we have 3% controle compared to subconscious and hormones making it more difficult, you would have to be very self disciplined and intelligent to take control.

If this helps anyone.... In our Country spiders are not poisonous at all and nobody has fear of spiders, it's just another bug. But when I have been to Australia I was educated by the people that I mingled with, about how many spiders are poisonous. Until then I had no fear of spiders. Didn't even have the slightest clue they could be poisonous.

Thank you for trying but it doesn't help. I am an extreme arachnophobic and I live in such a country where no spider is poisonous. Even an image of a spider scares me. I've had this phobia for as long as I can remember. I don't even know WHY I'm afraid of them but it controls my life. I'm doing exposure therapy, haven't gotten far yet at all. I looked at a dead spider from a distance, that's it. If someone knows a better way to get rid of this phobia or to at least make my life during spider season a little bit more bearable, please let me know, I'll be eternally grateful to you. I've nearly killed myself before by running away from a spider. My body reacts automatically when I stumble upon a spider. So once, when there was one on the sidewalk, I flinched away onto the street in front of a car. Thankfully the car managed to steer away in time but it's terrifying that nothing else seems to register in my mind other than fleeing when there's a spider. I also fell off the stairs a few times because of my reaction to a spider. That's not normal and it scares me.
