Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit which is God’s word.” – Ephesians 6:16-17 Feed your faith and starve your doubts by praying for God’s help and wisdom, then trusting that God always knows best. Such emotions are nothing new. We prefer life in the comfort zone. Yet, in reality we spend a great deal of time in stressful circumstances. Bills have to be paid; we face health problems and relationships become strained. Sorrow does not discriminate. Although it can be challenging at times, we should pray instead of worrying!
